Overheating is one of the most significant common mistakes that has been made by laptop users. Putting any object near your laptop's fan that blocks the air outflow. The location of a temporary file also varies depending on the program and operating system. With Microsoft Windows, there has always been some form of a temporary directory. Early versions of Windows used the C:\Windows\Temp directory and new versions of Windows store the temp directory in the AppData folder.

All users with recent versions of Windows (e.g., Windows 7, 8, and 10) can click Start and type %temp% to open the temporary directory.

Microsoft release patches or windows update. Some users using pirated windows because of these windows won't update. every software has some bugs if you not fix it you might be hacked or face
software crashes and viruses

6. cleaning and hardware changes

With the passing of time, there is a lot of dust goes inside the device and increase heating or hardware burning every month you should open your laptop and clean by using soft brushes.

You can also change your hardware like RAM, CPU, and shift HDD (HARD DISK DRIVE) to SSD (SOLID STATE DRIVE), SSD is faster than HDD.
