ERP is software which is used for centralised control of organisation for all purposes MIS Report, For accounting purpose,For Inventory control purposes,For Billing purposes,For HR work.We can use different modules for different work or we can customize the software as per our requirement.

ERP is Enterprise Resource Planning.ERP is combination of different modules for different works. 

There are two type of ERP in the Software Market.

1.Readymade ERP Software Project.

2.Customize ERP Software Project.

3.Hire Software Developer for development of  ERP customized  Software for specific Organisation.

When you will buy Readymade Software Project then there are limited facility available for you.There will be additional charges required for extra facility.

When you develop customised Software Project then coder will develop software according to your need of organisation.you will pay according to agreement with Software developer company or individual coder.

Some company Hire software developer for specific organisation and developed ERP software as per company requirement.Software hired for permanent basis and an IT department formed for Technical Software Project.

1. ADMIN MODULE

Administrator control all the rights of all module and provide rights for creation of User Id,Password and also provide permission of access the different modules for Data feeding and Report generation all Entry saved in server with User Id.

All types of access control provided in Admin Module Hence admin module is used for security purpose of software also.  

2.OPERATION MODULE

Operation module used for all types of operational work just like  document uploading,data entry and MIS report generation.Operational module track all document enquiry.Operation module keeps records of document from starting to dispatch i.e.Entry level to dispatch from organisation.

3.BILLING MODULE

 Sale of goods( item) through Invoice generation all these works access in Billing Module and there are two type of sale 

1) Direct sale with cash payment or cheque payment.

2) Sale on credit i.e Sale the product by billing system regularly on credit basis and receive monthly payment or weekly payment as per agreement with customer.

When only part payment receive by customer then user generated outstanding report of due payment of all Parties on monthly basis, quarterly basis or yearly basis. Aging Report of outstanding date wise report

4.ACCOUNTS MODULE

Accounts module is called as heart of organisation because all financial work transaction done in account module. 

All payment receive by party through cash or cheque basis.All voucher entry of Cash receive or cheque received by party is access in Accounts Module.

All payment to transport department through cash or cheque and all voucher entry of Cash payment and cheque payment or NEFT or RTGS access in Accounts Module.

The following important report generated in Accounts Module.  

1) Profit and Loss Report.

2) Balance Sheet Report

3) Trial Balance Report 

4) Ledger Report 

5) Bank Reconcile Report

5.INVENTORY CONTROL MODULE

When any goods purchased then it is store in godown and entry in inventory module and entry of goods as Material Received for Stock In and Challan for Stock out in Inventory Module.

All goods In/Out from godown records maintained by Inventory Control Module.All the Factory production also maintained by Inventory Control Module.

The following report generated by Inventory Control Module

1) Physical Item store in Godown at the last of the month.i.e Physical goods  at Godown. 

2)Physical Item store in Showroom at the last of the month.i.e Physical goods  at Showroom. 

Always periodically reconcile Physical stock of Godown and Stock showing in ERP software stock Report.

1) Daily Reconcile Physical Stock of Showroom and inventory stock report of ERP software.

2) Weekly Reconcile Physical Stock of Showroom and inventory stock report of ERP software.

3) Monthly Reconcile Physical Stock of Showroom and inventory stock report of ERP software.

2) Yearly Reconcile Physical Stock of Showroom and inventory stock report of ERP software.

6.FACTORY PRODUCTION MODULE

In factory production started from Raw Material,it converted into Semi finished Goods and at the Last stage it converted into Finished goods and stored in Finished Goods Godown.

All the process divided into different floor wise stage.All the process from Raw Material to Finished Goods entry in ERP Production Module.

It show the stock report in 1st Floor stage.2nd Floor stage,3rd Floor stage of semi finished goods and stock of Finished Goods.

RAW MATERIAL -  SEMI FINISHED GOODS - FINISHED GOODS

Factory Production module used for showing floor wise production stage in which process how many Semi finished Goods present all floor stage stock  feeding in ERP software and daily production report generated floorwise. ERP report also provide information that how many semi finished goods rejected in quality testing in different stage. and also provide information report How many finished goods rejected in quality testing. 

ERP MIS report also provide the damage goods report in different stage.It ERP also provide intent procurement report that how many small items required for converting raw material to Finished Goods of any Article sample.It is called INDENT of Sample Finished Goods Article.

ERP MIS report generate monthly Purchase order for monthly Planning of production and Based on monthly requirement of customers.

ERP MIS report also generate the monthly Indent wise Procurement Report  i.e How much raw material required for targeted quantity of Finished Goods as per requirement of customer.ERP Production Module also provide the Yearly Production Plan of organisation.ERP Production Module linked with Head Office and ShowRoom POS Machine.Detail daily wise Production Report of finished Goods Analysis article wise  report of Factory Production used by Shops showroom for required qty as per demand of Showroom(Shop) customers. 

7.HR MODULE.

All type of  Employee Record maintained by HR department through HR module. ERP HR module handle the interview schedule call letter,joining letter of employee,Present and absent record based on employee salary generated,Employee details name,Address,contact numbers.EPF accounts etc.Leave records etc.and Termination letter issue to employee who do not perform as per standard Norms of organisation or if he found victim of violation of Rule of Organisation.

1)HR department can keep track of attendance of employee and Present, Absent and Leave of Employee by using ERP HR Module.    

2)HR department can make Salary of Employee by using ERP HR Module.

3)HR department can track Employee Provident Fund account by using ERP HR Module  link with Govt EPF Website.  

4)HR department can keep track of performance of Employee and it is useful at the time of increment promotion and appraisal by using ERP HR Module.  

5) HR department can keep track of transfer of Employee from one Branch to another Branch or one department to another department by using ERP HR Module.
