2. About Section.
- About section is your chance to coming to your page what your business does. It's short so, don't try to fit everything here. But on the full about section, make sure to include more details. Explain what your company does, and why you're unique from others.
- Use your company contact information, such as phone number, Email, (if you have a physical company, so, make sure to include location), and time. So, your customers will be bonding better with your company.
3. Don't forget to use of Call To Action Button (CTAB). It's maybe your landing page link or Direct Massage Button (DMB).
4. Make sure your post will give customer's satisfaction. Make content with a proper plan. And update customers regularly.
4. Listen your customer needs, and use Facebook insight. (Facebook insight provide all data with proper analytics).
5. Don't forget to use Notification Bell. Means never deny your customers feedback, see what comes, and do an instant response.
6. Observe comments and make a frequently asked questions list. And make your answers. If a customer, asks the same question. So, You can respond within seconds, by copy-paste your prepared answer.
