Ctrl+ B Bold all letter and sentence
Ctrl +C For copy the content
Ctrl +D Fill the content from Top to Button
Ctrl +F Search the current sheet Find command
Ctrl+ G Go To select a range, cell reference of special cell
Ctrl+ H Find and select
Ctrl+ I Convert character to italics font.
Ctrl+ K For selecting address of Hyperlink
Ctrl+ P Print command for direct printing to printer
Ctrl+ R when your left cell is filled with yellow color then your current cell all filled with the same colour(Left to Right filled)
Ctrl+ S For Save worksheet
Ctrl+ U For underline the text
Ctrl+ V For pest the selected word in current cell where cursor click
Ctrl+ W For closing the current worksheet it ask for save.
Ctrl+ X Cuts the selecte word from cell
Ctrl+ Y Repeat the last entry,when by mistake deleted or reversed
Ctrl+ Z Undo the last action or last command


When you start any new formula then always use = (Equal to)sign and select column range.





We can give command also from number Keys but use Toggle Key pad for number, never use only number key pad it will not work.For using Shortcut Key always select the cell or worksheet,these command only work on selected cell range of worksheet.

Remember the Following Numeric Shortcut Keys for speedy work:

Ctrl+0 For Hide columns 
Ctrl+1 For cell Format
Ctrl+2 For Bold letter
Ctrl+3 For Italic words
Ctrl+4 For Underline words
Ctrl+5 For Strike the letter.
Ctrl+6 For show or Hide the object.
Ctrl+7 For show of Hide ToolBar.
Ctrl+8 For create or hide outline symbol.
